Included UK mainland travel service

To make the journey to your ship as easy as possible you can take advantage of our included UK mainland travel package.

Choose one of the following options:

• Included private car service (within 75 miles)
• Car parking at, or nearby, your UK port or airport
• Return UK domestic flights from selected airports – see below for details
• Return standard class rail or coach travel within the UK mainland

Private car service

If you live within 75 miles by road of your UK departure or arrival point, you can take advantage of our included private car service. A chauffeur will meet you at your home, load your luggage into your private car, and take you directly to your departure port or airport.

All you have to do is sit back and enjoy a trouble free journey right to the entrance of the airport terminal or port. At the end of your holiday your chauffeur will once again meet you in arrivals, assist you with your luggage and take you home, providing the perfect ending to your holiday.

If your departure and arrival ports are different you can still enjoy our private car service for a round trip of up to 150 miles.

If you live further than 75 miles by road from your UK departure point you can still take advantage of this service by paying for mileage in excess of 75 miles at the price of £1.65 per car, per mile.

Mileage is calculated using the quickest route on www.theAA.com. This service applies within mainland UK only.

Included car parking

Should you prefer to drive yourself to your UK port or airport, we can arrange parking at all ports and most airports, with a courtesy bus to and from the terminal building.

Included UK domestic flights

Domestic flights within the British Isles are included on most cruises, subject to availability, from selected airports including Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Newcastle and Manchester.

Flights are available to Gatwick or Heathrow for connecting flights overseas or to Gatwick (for Dover departures), Southampton (for Portsmouth departures), Manchester (for Liverpool departures) and Stansted, Heathrow and Gatwick (for Harwich departures).

Rail and coach service

You can enjoy complimentary return standard class rail or coach travel within the UK mainland to your UK departure point.

Travel by coach

National Express is the UK's largest scheduled coach company offering more than 1,200 departures daily throughout the country. We offer seat reservations for your return journey from your local bus station to the one serving your port or international airport.

Travel by rail

Alternatively we can include return standard class rail travel from your local rail station to the station serving your UK port or airport, and make seat reservations for you on all major routes, subject to the rail company’s restrictions. You can travel first class for a supplement – please call our Travel Consultants for details.

Cross–London travel: We can also arrange cross–London travel by car to avoid the need to change at various stations. Please call for details.
